The self supporting construction of Troges AIRSET Air Handling Units consists of a fully enclosed galvanized steel profile frame. The profiles can be insulated if requested. The profile height of the Airset standard unit is 27 mm up to the size 12.06. From size 09.09 upward and all types of the Airset X-Large units have a 40 mm frame. The corners are connected to the frame with an integrated, patented system. 
Tightness:
The panels are pressed to the steel frame by patented compression springs. A durable sealing tape which is mounted on the panel guarantees the tightness according to öNORM H 6016, Class B (Austrian standard). 
Panels:
The demountable double-walled panels are made of galvanized 0,7 mm or 0,9 mm thick steel sheets. Between the sheets there is a 30 mm (Airset standard) or 50 mm (Airset X-Large) thick, non combustible mineral wool mat. Overall heat transfer coefficient Airset Standard = 1,04 W/m2K, Airset X-Large = 0,8 W/m2K. Sound Insulation Airset Standard = 32 dB, Airset X-Large = 35 dB. The frame of the casing and the panels form smooth interior and outer surfaces Types and dimensions The Airset Air Handling Unit is a modular construction system with a standard grid-length of 325 mm. All modules can be put together in various combination and systems within 32 standard construction sizes (types). The technical parameters, the price and the detailed drawings can be conveniently selected and calculated for all standard units with our selection software "Aircalc".
 Ease of installation
The Troges Airset Air Handling Units can be delivered completely disassembled in single pieces. The units are easy to erect on site because of the patented corner connections. In case of sufficient space for transportation into the building the Air Handling Units can be delivered partly mounted which allows very quick and easy installation on site. Special, patented connection cramps for the ground frame and the unit frame guarantee a fast and easy assembly of the units. 
Ease of maintenance:
Large demountable panels or access-doors for inspection and maintenance are easy to open because of durable hinges and quick-press locks. The doors are inserted into the frame guaranteeing smooth interior surfaces. The walkable sections are fitted with catwalks. 
All electrical motors are mounted on tension-slide-rails. Therefore, the alignment and the right tension of the belts can be easily controlled and adjusted. 
Special versions of AIRSET:
The panels of the Air Handling Units can be manufactured on one side or on both sides in various combinations of galvanised sheet metal, powder coated sheets (RAL color of any choice), stainless steel sheets 1.4301 or 1.4501 or with plastic foil coated metal sheets (color similar to RAL 5007).
The Troges Air Handling Units Airset can be delivered in weatherproof version and can also be produced as sterile Air Handling Units (hygienic construction) according to ÖNORM H6020 (Austrian Hygienic Standard). |
