With the new Troges flange profile a connecting flange is rolled-formed straight onto the steel sheet of the duct. This connection system is a new, inventive development and guarantees a robust flange, high rigidity, internal flush surfaces (therefore no dirt-deposits) and a tight fit duct system with minimal leakages. The various flange heights (20 or 30 mm), depend on customer's requests and duct size. Special corners are hydraulically pressed and mounted into the flange. Straight ducts with standard section lengths are manufactured on an electronically-controlled duct production line. Form pieces and shorter straight ducts are produced on CNC-controlled plasma cutting machines. Troges ventilation ducts and shaped pieces are manufactured in any size as a standard from galvanised steel with a cink layer of 275 g/m², optionally from aluminium, stainless steel or powder coated steel sheets. The thickness of the steel sheets and the amount and position of the reinforcement bars comply with the standards and the pressure stage.
